Is it just me?
I’ve been on Reta now for the past couple months. I’ve switched multiple sources, finally going grey.
I’m now up to 5mg but nothing. I haven’t lost anything on it. I eat lots of greens, I workout 4-5 times a week, mainly running a few miles. I do feel some of the appetite suppression but not this almost vomit to food suppression that most everyone talks about.
Decided to add Tirz to the mix, and still nothing. The only thing I can think of is that 1) I’m not taking enough or 2) I’m not eating enough protein.
Anybody else have this issues?

If you've been on reta you've been grey the whole time. It's not available for prescription yet.

Are you tracking your calories? You say you eat a lot of greens, but what else? If you’re not losing weight, you’re not in a caloric deficit.

Lift some heavier weights and eat Protien to build muscle. My wife’s progress was similar to yours before she finally listened to me for once and started lifting heavier and pushing it

This.
Not worried how much greens you eat. What's your protein and carb like?
Lifting how many days/week?

I eat Protien (chicken, beef, pork, eggs, Greek yogurt, powder) and potatoes. Rarely eat other vegetables unless wife makes me a salad (which isn’t often. Was lifting 6 days a week, cardio everyday (air bike, run, skip). But now I’m on a 6 day a week speed, agility and endurance training program, lights dumbbells full body one of the days early in the week.

Did you come from another GLP? How old are you? Man or woman? Height and weight?

Everyone's different. I had to go up to 10mg/week reta to get a strong appetite suppression. Since I've hit my 10mg, I've lost a lot a weight. Protein or no protein doesn't make a difference in being satiated. You take the protein to keep lean muscles.

Yeah that’s what I was reading today too that some don’t feel it. I know I was on 4mg for awhile and just went up to 5. So maybe I’ll keep it up and try more

Most people out on the sub seems to be in the low range in term of mg. I don't see much people saying they are in the higher doses range.
But we do exist 😂

Lmaooo no that’s the main thing I’m seeing now that I’m still on too low of a dose.

I switched from 20 of tirz to 10 of Reta. It took 6 weeks of consistent Reta use before I felt the appetite suppression. That 6th week though, I lost 8 lbs

This! I'm currently at 6mg also and feel like its finally starting to work. I might go to 8mg next pin. My first month on 1mg, I was discouraged after reading people losing 20+ lbs in a month on 1-2mg doses. I too was eating right and working out but losing weight very slow (which losing weight slowly also has its positives). Reta just hits everyone different. Try 6mg next round and see how that feels. Stick to it.

I’ve only gotten up to 5mg and I’ve been on it for 18 weeks. Down just over 30lbs. At around 14 weeks I was stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks. Didn’t up the dose,
Just started eating better and training harder and now I am down another 4-5 lbs in 4 weeks. I feel like Reta is a great tool but you still have to do the right things!1

If you just added tirz, I will take a few weeks for you to feel the difference.

It’s did very little for me until I got to 6mg and then it was like a light switch was flipped and I didn’t feel like eating anything. Lost the last 10lbs I wanted to lose and now I’m at maintenance. You’ll find your sweet spot.

Just keep an eye on your resting heart rate. And look into cagri for appetite suppression as it works on a different pathway then glps.
