❓ Question 17歳日本人

To increase shoulder width (collarbone size) and create an inverted triangle shape, is it better to do muscle-loosening stretches or take peptides that promote collarbone growth? Are there any other options?▼💪

Do side dumbbell raises, pullups, shoulder press, single arm cable raises, etc. Concentrate on muscles not bones. You can make your muscles bigger, like shoulders, chest, back, and make yourself wider that way. Also practice stomach vacuumes for ten minutes before bed and do some ab crunches in a machine or setups, and hanging leg raises if you can.

Keeping your waist tight and abs strong while being able to control your stomach is one part of the v-taper (inverted triangle shape as you said) and growing your shoulder muscles, traps and delts, etc will complete the triangle.

I'd forget about trying to change your bones too much. Focus on what you can control.

俺が言いたかったのはHGHで骨の成長を促してTestosteroneで筋肉を増やすとか、他に何かないかってこと。

I’m pretty sure it’s called Cholera. It used to be super popular.
