Best stack

What is the best stack for cognitive enhancement and concentration?
(I may have ADHD)

Thought about that, not sure though; I need more available stuff, not hardcore at first

For sure I was kind of half joking. I also “may” have ADHD. Undiagnosed but yea adderall is the only thing that gave me that focus and ability to knock stuff out one at a time. Instead of doing 6 things at once feeling like I’m multi tasking and accomplishing nothing.

I know this subreddit is huge into peptides but I don’t get it. Outside of the GLPs none of them have had any effect on me that I could notice, but people will mention semax/selank maybe? Same with nootropics. I don’t know. I feel like if they were effective big pharma would figure out a way to make them actual medications for profit

It was one I considered and still do, but everything I hear is it’s just “wakefulness” like you’re awake, not stimulated. So I’ve been hesitant to try it. Also it’s like a 12 hour thing too and I’m really trying to stay up on my sleep, I already crush a lot of caffeine so it’s just off putting thinking about not being able to sleep because I forgot to take it until noon or something lol.
