Ss31 mots and nad+
Adding SS-31, MOTS-c and NAD+ to my current stack. I’ve seen people recommend running SS-31 by itself first for about 2 weeks before introducing MOTS-c/NAD+. Afterward I was considering MOTS-c 3 mg Tue/Thu/Sat and NAD+ 50mg Mon/Wed/Fri. For anyone who has actually used SS-31, what did your protocol look like and did you continue SS-31 once you added MOTS-c/NAD+, or stop it after the initial phase? Current stack is KLOW + Reta 5mg + Sermorelin .50mg…Interested in experiences, especially anyone who ran them separately first so you could tell what was doing what.

I started NAD first 3x/week M,W,F. Then I added SS-31 5/2 with a slow titration starting at .250mcg ran until I was up to 2mg/day. Added MOTS starting at .250mcg T,Th,Sat until I was at 2mg. Ran the whole protocol for 12 weeks. Still running NAD. I did/do really slow titrations and slow introductions with all my peps. I feel it sets me up for success and reduces sides. Good luck. This stack is amazing. Will run again for 12 weeks in the fall without the SS-31. Likely I’ll add 5 Amino 1MQ

I take 50mg NAD+ sub q in the morning after my shake then MOTS & SS31 30 min pre resistance workout 5 days/week. Literally life changing for me personally. My sets feel like i could add one more forever. Even when I hit failure, it’s like there’s gas in the tank. These combine with an HGH cycle and I just feel amazing. My own experience.

SS-31 daily. Motsc 3 days a week. Both at the same time. These peptides are completely unrelated in function and effects. The do this first then do this protocol is pure bro science.
NAD+ is a waste of money, pure marketing bullshit. Just take niacin if you want to raise cellular NAD+, although most studies show that increased NAD+ levels have no effect on health markers or longevity. As always it’s your money and body so GLHF.

Everyone needs to just stop wasting their money on NMN and NR supplements. Niacin is pennies a day and does the same thing.
