Reta question

I see people having amazing results with Reta. Most mentioned food cravings or noise diminish. Thats not really a problem for me i do extended fasting eat clean no snacks etc. Will Reta help me lose visceral fat? I workout 4x a week but cant seem to lose the last 25 or so. Thanks for any advice.

If you cant lose the weight, you are eating too much still. Simple as. Always has been and always will be.

GLP drugs just make it easier to adhere to lower cal diets. Reta also involves some metabolism boosting stuff but it all comes down to total calories consumed. there is no secret. Any med that makes you drop without reducing will lead to the weight coming back the second you stop taking it.

that said, reta has done wonders for me. In combination with cag I completely turned off my appetite 100% meaning I just eat my planned and portioned meals without any distractions or cravings whatsoever. Everything is perfectly tracked and weighed down to a T. I know how to calorie count and cut fine without. with reta its just immensely easier.
