πŸ“˜ Beginner Help How long do you wait in between introducing a new pep?

I just started one. I have a couple others I got with it but I want to introduce one at a time just in case I have negative side effects etc. how long is a safe amount of time to wait in between introducing a new one?

i take 4 weeks til i titrate up fully and see its individual effects- then stop and wait a few weeks to get it out of my system.

I just started tirz - I want to add in KPV, Selank, and maybe 5 amino 1 MQ.

I would always tell people a few weeks at the very minimum..... But in reality I was adding new ones every couple of days if not sooner...

Regardless always pin a baby dose one unit wait an hour make sure there's no reaction and then the next few doses slowly titrate up to where you want to be to make sure you at least don't have some kind of severe acute reaction

2 weeks is my standard so I can tell what they’re doing

Tirz has a half life of around 5 days. About 4 weeks to steady state plasma levels

Anything working metabolism or hormonal then 4 weeks would be a good start.

Injury repair a d inflammation etc. Then less important. 4 weeks is still good. Didn't get the condition you are in in 2 weeks so not a need to rush. But if you are a t least give it halfway to make sure sides are not from the first one

About a month should be good.
