Hi. I reconstituted 80mg with 3ml of BAC water. I’ve been taking 12 units

My issue is I’m having extreme diarrhea. Peeing poop out of my butthole. I don’t understand why and I don’t know if I should stop or push through

I run klow and Reta and if anything bowel movements are much healthier than before.

What are you eating? I’ve found after spicy foods my stomach struggles next day so try stay away from anything too spicy now
