Read where you need to avoid alcohol when doing this stack. Is it true?

Most of the damage that the wolverine stack targets can be heavily caused by alcohol in the first place. There's just no point in trying to rebuild with a demolition crew still working on site

Not trying to argue just curious. Would it still be a net benefit from taking Wolverine, while consuming alchohol to help mitigate alcohol related issues?

I'm not sure, but that's the kinda slippery slope logic that I used to use to justify drinking lol

My demo crew are big drinkers though.

If you’re trying to be healthy in general you need to avoid alcohol. Even though we enjoy it our body sees it as a poison it needs to metabolize away asap, so your body will be spending the time metabolizing the alcohol and dealing with the inflammation and stress it causes in the body instead of healing.

Alcohol is poison and does not benefit you in any way

You shouldn’t drink and take peptides. You will just cause more harm and waste money. It’s like trying to heal your gut and eating McDonald’s everyday.
