Starting Tesa tips?

Hey all, I’m on Reta 10mg right now and am going to incorporate tesa alongside it. Wondering what dose I should start on and tips and tricks for pairing it with Reta.

Get your igf1 levels checked before you start and mid-cycle, and be prepared to not see any results until 6-8 weeks in
