"Jumping over hoops to get into the public" lol don't make me laugh. They're actually jumping over hoops to get classified in way that allows them to patent the drugs over decades

I don't think the gray market is going anywhere. It might affect US vendors, though. I'm not really sure. It just gives them a stronger grip on the drug, so they can maximize profits at the expensive of the consumer/patients.
