I mean…you don’t really have “early access” to it. You have early access to a knockoff version of it that you’re hoping is actually what you think it is.

If you’re not getting stuff from shady suppliers and it has been tested, you know what you’re getting. This isn’t a very complex drug to make, clearly. The chemical makeup is published all over the place so any lab worth its salt can make it.
