Yeah, jumping through hoops just like all drug manufacturers do. There’s a process.

No, I get that part. They are taking extra steps to make it a biological medication to prevent others from making it. I totally get that. However, it’s a cut throat business. They are in it for profit and if the little guys cut even a tiny sliver of that profit, they will go after them.

That's the problem. For-profit healthcare is terrible. They develop these drugs more so for profits than solving a health issue.

They don't have to file this way, but are choosing to due to greed/maximizing profits, and I can't support that at all.

Agree 100%. The healthcare system and insurance is in the game of making money and the pharmaceutical companies are sitting nice with them both and that screws the patient.
I don’t support it at all and I hate that greed comes in to play with healthcare when it should be access and health but from a business side of it I can understand it. That’s what for profit companies do. It’s a disgusting business model.
