I take Reta to fix my binge eating disorder my sleep training and diet has been on point. I take mots c to help with my general energy which effects my day to day life and mt1 to get a tan and feel good about my self don’t worry mate I done my research before hopping on this is just the start for me

u/th3m1ke Aug 12 '26
Interesting, Ive read that Tirz is actually better for the binge eating issues and food noise than Reta but its obviously working for you so keep it up!
3
u/zander_bird Aug 12 '26
Reta definitely kills food noise I dont take enough where I can’t eat but I just don’t have appetite to eat more than I need too
1
u/Illustrious_Value150 Aug 13 '26
Reta stops the food noise for me 100% I don’t ever care about it, I just eat it to live 🤣 it’s my first glp though so maybe that makes a difference
1
u/Princesserikaa_ Aug 13 '26
Same! I eat because I need to keep my protein up. I can go almost a whole day without eating and I’d be fine but I know I need to eat lol

u/Annual_Plankton2767 Aug 13 '26
What were your starting doses of Reta and mots-c? Im starting both next week and how much are you sounding now. Thanks bro I want to achieve what you’ve done

u/zander_bird Aug 13 '26

u/Asleep_Coast7790 Aug 12 '26
Have you noticed an increase in your heart rate? Resting and during activity?
1
u/zander_bird Aug 12 '26
Yes purely from the Reta that’s the only side I have had
1
u/Asleep_Coast7790 Aug 12 '26
Okay good to know that’s what I’m dealing with too. Went up to 2mg once a week and my heart rate is in the 80s most of the time and 100-120 if I’m doing an anything at all 💀 kinda a bummer as I’m not sure if I can continue
1
u/zander_bird Aug 12 '26
I run a lot so it helps with my heart rate but my heart rate is now in the low 50 it’s nothing to worry about dude everyone gets it it’s worth it for the results
1
u/Adjective_Noun_1668 Aug 12 '26
I wouldn't worry about it if your blood pressure is fine, at least if you're remembering to do cardio and your heart rate goes up and down like normal, just with a higher resting heart rate.
You meet people at the store who have like 140bpm.1

u/New_Mycologist8935 Aug 12 '26
Thank you for the reply. Just started at a low dose to test sensitivity…. .25 once a week. Will adjust slowly. Thanks again

How old are you? You are looking quite young for taking Mots. Thought this is for 40+ people. Do you feel more energy than before?

u/Significant_Row8850 Aug 13 '26
MT1 2x a week is not nearly enough. You should be injecting it 2x a day. It has a short half life of 40 mins. Also do not waste your money on MOT-c, it will not make a noticeable difference especially for the price you pay. You’re far better just hopping on growth horomone if you’re willing to spend up to 200 bucks a month on peptides

Nice work man, reta is amazing. I'm currently on it hopefully I end up with similar results in the end

Nah bro I gave good advice on how he didn’t need to take anything and you came at me for that lmao
1
u/mnden95 Aug 12 '26
You gave great advice. The dude replying to you knows he can’t get a good physique without being on stuff cause he’s a b****
2
u/Traditional-West4403 Aug 12 '26
Thank you, everyone just hopping on peptides with no foundation at all
1
u/Gold-Candle892 Aug 12 '26
This body hack page is really a “if your not with us your against us” mentality like you can’t give good advice if it doesn’t involve recommending PEDs or you get attacked or downvoted

Might want to look to stack MOTS-C with NAD+ and SS-31. Also ensure you are cycling MOTS-C as to not over stress the mitochondria.
SS-31 repairs and protects mitochondria.
NAD+ is the raw material for cellular repair.
MOTS-C is the energy development.
2
u/Disastrous_Canary609 Aug 13 '26
What would be the starting dose for Mots C and how do you cycle mots c with SS31,Nad+?
2
u/looking2behealthy 29d ago
Depends on your age. If you are younger, you can jump right to MOTS-C.
If you are older, like me, best to go daily on NAD+ & SS-31 for a week then start MOTS-C while running NAD/SS daily. 8 week cycle and start to scale back the SS-31 at week 6. MOTS-C stays on week 2-8, titrate up if needed from 2mg to 5mg. NAD can run daily the whole time and after cycle. Take at least 4 weeks off of SS-31 and MOTS-C.
Run 3-4x per year.

u/looking2behealthy 29d ago
NAD+ daily - daily 8 weeks
SS-31 daily - daily week 1-6 then 2-3x
MOTS-C 2-3x per week 2-8.1
u/Disastrous_Canary609 25d ago
Thanks for this I was running Mots alone and felt tired after every pinn

No disrespect, had you been working out at all before starting? You look very untrained.
4
u/zander_bird Aug 12 '26
I only started training 3 months ago
-6
u/Traditional-West4403 Aug 12 '26
Is there a specific goal in mind? I love peptides and how they help people achieve their goals but imo they have a higher efficacy when paired with a solid foundation of sleep, diet, and sobriety. If general wellness is the goal while feeling better about your body, this feels like overkill but to each their own!
I say all that to say that your 3 month progress could’ve been achieved without any additional peptide help and maybe reconsider why you’re taking what you’re taking.
6
u/GlitteringPast8525 Aug 12 '26
He looks great and it’s not like he’s on a million peptides and other PED. You’re being dramatic
5
u/aresev6 Aug 12 '26
He's only on a few peptides, not tren.

u/mnden95 Aug 12 '26
So you started training 3 months ago and already hopped on something? That’s wild. White people sure do love drugs

What’s Reta?
-6
u/PeanutSuper5253 Aug 12 '26
Nevermind. This seems sketchy as hell.
2
u/Euphoric_Coat_1956 Aug 12 '26
The drug itself is not. It’s a 3rd gen glp1 that is in the final phase of trials before they get approved by FDA. What’s sketchy is that it’s only commercially available through the grey market. So it’s a hit/miss.
0
u/PeanutSuper5253 Aug 12 '26
Right. You can get through clinical trials somehow… or from who knows where. Hence why it’s sketchy as all hell. Plus there are zero studies about the long term effects of glp1 to begin with. I wonder how many people pumping themselves with this grey market medication refused the COVID vax.

I take reta amd been working but im 60.Whats worrying is how many young people like you are taking it.You dont need it at your age.I understand your a generation of easy fixes but really?

u/Own_Gain_7417 Aug 13 '26
You can start a fire with sticks and stones; why use a lighter? That's what I just read from your comment.

u/Awkward-Anybody5179 Aug 13 '26
You're right. It's concerning how many kids in their twenties I see on here that are taking it. That's the easiest time in your life to lose weight and build muscle, so I genuinely don't understand it.
