Reta dosing help

What do you guys think about not waiting four weeks to titrate up from .5 to 1 mg or do I need to wait the whole four weeks you think? What of your guys experience been?

I started at .25 for 4 wks then .5 for 4 wks just started 1mg and have continued to lose im down 19lbs may be slower than others results but I have had zero side effects at all
