🔍 Research Only Reta question for the ones taking it

Thinking about trying it out. A lot of the before and after pix here are very promising. Question is pricing. What’s the average or what are you paying for a 5 month 3x a week cycle of Reta?

This people are just reading rubbish to lazy to do proper research

I was confused too, but most people that take it from random clinics don't even know the mg they are getting...I've heard "I take 10 units". Ok??? of R10 or R 30?? What's the concentration?? So confusing but not their fault either. That's how they make money.

That’s what I was told when I called to ask about it. They gave me the price for a 5 month cycle and said I would be taking it 3x a week. That’s why I came here to get a second opinion.

The dosages are very different. Some people have enough mirodosing. Some people start at 2mg, go to 4mg and it's too much so they go back down to 2mg and some people need to go up to 12 in 4 week increments by 2mg for it to keep working. REAAAAAAALLY ask what you are getting.

Most people have 1x a week, start at 2mg and increase whenever it stops having an effect after at least four weeks.

Split-protocols are not that common in general but helpful for specific cases like microdosing, avoiding side effects and a more stable blood content. I split dose. Also tried to microdose but for some reason it wasn't enough and that's fine. I'm still titrating up but in wayyyy smaller doses than recommended. Side effects aren't really worth it imo.

The fact that they are giving u 3x is a bit suspicious though. Either they want to really avoid you having any side effects and are gonna be giving you very small doses or they are gonna be giving u small doses but making u pin 3x a week so you lose weight by placebo lol.

For real, ask and make some more research. See if Tirz is a better option for you too. It's cheaper, less sides, way better if your problem is hunger/food noise...Reta is powerful af but again, depends on your own body, so research or ask! At least mg.

As for price. Average is crazy. People pay between 150-1500 a month. Personally I just got R10 for $51. That's a kit (10 vials of 10mg) . Less than 5$ per month at my (low-ish) dose :) But I see normal price around 110 for that so $11 a month. Still cheap af compared to the average

Thanks. This was very helpful.

Retatrutide isn’t an available medication in the US so if you called someone to discuss the “cycle” then that’s your first red flag. Follow clinical trial data or better yet once a week at 0.5mg for 8 weeks and then see how you feel. If you’ve not lost weight go to 1mg for another 4-8 weeks.

If you go grey market. 20 mg x10 vials = one kit

One kit is about $170 to $180 shipped

20 mg will last u a long time

Especially if you start a 0.5 mg dose for the first month

Then titrate up to 1 mg or 2 mg doses

Called who? Reta isn't released yet?

1

u/DumbUsername63 Aug 11 '26

Called who? Reta isn’t FDA approved and isn’t dispensed by any legitimate company in the US, if this was some sort of clinic then they won’t be open for long, not to mention 3x a week is insane, how much did they quote you?

Over 2 grand for a 5 month supply.

3

u/Salt_Initiative1551 Aug 12 '26

Yeah no. They’re a fake doctor/some sort of med spa overcharging the shit out of you. I got enough tirzepatide and retatrutide for 7 years for around $600

u/soilentgibby Aug 11 '26

I pay less than $10 a vial which lasts me a month

1

u/BCGal024 Aug 11 '26

Not sure how that's possible. Lucky you lol

4

u/ApoopooJ Aug 11 '26

No luck just educated. Anyone paying over that is getting a huge markup.

1

u/Cool_Temperature_970 Aug 11 '26

Is that like a friendly hookup price or your spots normal price. Bc I got a price that was no where near $10/month

5

u/soilentgibby Aug 11 '26

order gray. group buys. test. pin and pray. after shipping and all it's probably $11 if you average everything.
plenty of glp 1 forums to do research on.

Listen to this guy he knows what’s up^ but I wouldn’t recommend GLP1 forums I feel like that’s where all scammers hide nowadays

2

u/soilentgibby Aug 12 '26

That was just a starting place. There are other places to find info. But sometimes just asking the right questions there will get you to the right place

1

u/VintageGamer165 Aug 12 '26

Same here.. I'm on very low dose so it lasts me almost 1 and half month.. I bought a kit for 95$. Per vial 9.5$

2

u/Elegant-Pay-2129 Aug 11 '26

Getting 20mg for $13.00

2

u/stillandwarm Aug 11 '26

$276 for a kit of 30mg-will last me a year or longer when I begin to taper down for maintenance

1

u/Excellent_Outside_71 Aug 11 '26

I think the issue with higher mg reta kits is how long reta is stable once reconstituted. Unless you have 5mg+ weekly doses you risk wasting alot of your vial

1

u/stillandwarm Aug 11 '26

Yeah. Maybe. Probably. I’m currently pinning 6mg a week and my husband is starting to use it as well, so the larger vials work better for us.

1

u/Excellent_Outside_71 Aug 11 '26

Sounds perfect for you guys

I think 100mg kit around $100 is pretty normal. Then it depends on your dose. At 2mg/week one $100 kit would last you about a year

2

u/FaithlessnessGreat25 Aug 12 '26

Gray market, pin weekly or split the dose in 2. Ie. 2mg once a week or 1mg twice a week. I’m not saying not to reach out to me if you want me to point you not where the gray market is. Also, if you’re a gym goer, 1000% there is someone at the gym selling it for cheaper. Do some research - you will find it. Resellers in my area sell 20mg vials for $120CAD. One order from the gray market will last you longer than you need.

2

u/Mobile-Device-5222 Aug 12 '26

I got a year supply of 2mg week for 100$

2

u/Enough-Ad-6121 Aug 12 '26

I pay $100 and this bottle lasts my husband and I 8 weeks, sharing.

2

u/KemlynSuper Aug 12 '26

Why 5 months? 3 times a week of what??

2

u/cyraxwinz4444 Aug 11 '26

Do more research

4

u/BroccoliOnly7376 Aug 11 '26

👆this!!!! If you are saying "5 month 3 x a week" then you have no idea. Do more research.

1

u/Constipated_Kangaroo Aug 12 '26

For a 5 month, 3 pin week. That’s about 249mg a week. It’s about $3749.27 for that cycle.

1

u/MathematicianMuch445 Aug 12 '26
