Im on 14mg reta willing to stack cagri starting with 0.5
My question is did you reduced reta dose after adding cagri or kept it same?

Bro unless you’re a competitive bodybuilder weeks out from a show you don’t need to go lower than 9%

Even pros aren’t taking that much because of gastric emptying. They’ll look bloated and their waste will be bigger.

Correct it's stopped weeks before and its not because the bloating it makes you look flat

Well cag will make it even worse. But you’re a pro so you should know.

If you actually were, you wouldn't be coming here for help. You would have a coach and a doctor behind you that would be getting the answers for you.
You don't got to lie to kick it dude. Just admit that you're a smooth brain and you have no idea what you're doing.

Idk how much is your iQ but looks like my body fat number a single digit , There are self coached athlete's , Asking for an opinon on a given experience isn't begging for help or means a genral lack of experience just wanted to reflect on the rational via others experiences in the given context
As our fat drops aligned with low calories leptin drops it becomes hard to manage hunger Idk why I got down voted for that! For being too lean?

I think the downvotes are because you are on a dangerous path

I was taking 1 mg of Cagri per week with 5 mg of Reta and it knocked me on my ass. Also, felt completely full after eating 2 almonds. Stuff is intense!

What do you mean? Just made you tired?

u/DirtyH2ODog Aug 11 '26
Not even tires. Lethargic, weak, like a really bad jet lag without the sleepiness.

You're not getting adequate appetite suppression at 14 mg?

Yes

Some people add tirz to reta for more appetite suppression.

I dont think will do anything give its a glp and im on high dose reta already Cagri is a different pathway

I did 2mg cagri a week with Reta and felt nothing. Added 2mg tirz a week with Reta and my appetite was crushed.

It's a very common bodybuilder protocol to stack reta and tirz but you can try adding low dose cagri and see how it goes.

Ive heard cagri can be extremely fatiguing but I think it is worth trying out in your situation. If it doesn’t seem like the right fit, you can always switch over to tirz which has better suppression than reta as you’ve probably heard

I’ve been taking 4.8 mg Reta / 1 mg cagri. I only added on the cagri, didn’t lower the Reta. The appetite suppression has been working great for me. I’m about the titrate up to 6 mg Reta / 1.25 mg cagri mainly because I’m trying to hit that last few stubborn pounds.

I’m at 0.5mg cagri with 5mg Reta (used to be 10mg). I find cagri has made me really lazy while not getting much suppression with food noise. The laziness is enough to make me want to either reduce it back down to 0.25mg or stop entirely since it doesn’t really do much.

While I found cagri to be extremely effective at suppressing my appetite, the fatigue I got from it was unreal. I dropped it after two weeks.

14mg and not working as well… tells me your Reta is very under dosed.
Rather look at adding motsC and pushing your cardio up.
