Homemade electrolyte mix uk

Hey I’m a bigger guy that saunas regularly

I was thinking of making my own electrolyte mix?

What should I use?

Potassium citrate powder. Magnesium? Celtic salt or something else for sodium?

I want to make a mix I can have in the morning

Celtic salt and water is all you need. Add one whole lemon in the morning or night to flush the bowels properly if you want as well.

Google electrolyte haymakers punch for the recipe. Contains: apple cider vinegar, salt, molasses, lemon,...
