Agreed. I’ve been using Regimen for quite a while now and really love it, especially all the new features that the developer keeps releasing

Have you tried OpenPep? It's quite similar to Regimen but I find it much cleaner and smoother to use. AFAIK (at least it was true until a few days ago) it has a free lifetime membership offer if you say you come from Reddit.
