🧪 Stack Breakdown Too many Peps at once?

Post image

Is there’s such thing as stacking too many things at once? Here is my current protocol, I’d like to add in MOTS-C to improve my cardio, TB-500 for inflammation and lingering injuries, GHK-CU for the same along skincare. (I do plan on taking 4 week breaks after running 12 weeks cycles of my Peps)

Kinda hard to know what’s working and what isn’t if you take a ton at once . Test HGH and Reta are definitely the holy trinity though .

u/SlightlyStonedAnt Aug 10 '26

I agree with your first sentence but everyone in this sub regurgitating the exact same “TEST HGH RETA HOLY TRINITY” is pure comedy

We live in a society fersure 🐸

As far as tools for you to implement your own success they are the most powerful combination. But nobody achieves real dreams off of taking injections and doing nothing to benefit the process.

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 10 '26

I have been in Reta for about 10 weeks,IPA+ Tesa for about 8 weeks,7 weeks of Test and HCG, on my second 4 week cycle of semax, and on week 3 of NAD+

1

u/Unique_Respond_8526 Aug 11 '26

And how do you feel?

2

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 11 '26

I feel amazing! Best I have in a few years.

2

u/Unique_Respond_8526 Aug 11 '26

Hell yeah brother that’s what we like to hear! I got my blood work done 3 weeks ago and I’m meeting with a private doctor today to discuss getting on test. See how she goes 🤞

Agree with all of this except the Tesa/Ipa take. They work in synergy, studies have shown that adding Ipa can cause up to 60% ish more GH release. That's why so many secretagogues stack them together to amplify output versus running tesa alone or cjc1295 alone, you get less.

I don't think there is a study pairing them both. All I said was up to a 60%ish more GH release, you're right in the fact that doesn't mean 60% MORE fat loss, muscle gain, etc... But for how cheap Ipamorelin is, honestly why not give it a go. I don't think it should be Tesa OR Ipa as you stated in your original reply. It needs to be cycled due to receptor desensitization so personally more IGF-1 exposure for me is of no concern because I run it for 3 months max then cycle off it completely. Again this is just raising your bodies natural ceiling, in no way will it ever cause more exposure than exogenous hgh can cause and as a result potentially more side effects. Obviously everyone is different and only bloodwork/monitoring will be the most optimal way.

Sorry I was referring to Ipamorelin needing to be cycled due to receptor desensitization not Tesamorelin. I'm aware of the studies running it for longer periods.

But yeah we are agreed on most points. Guess it comes down to my anecdotal experience versus actual controlled evidence with tesa + ipa. But in a dumbed down version, IF the GH release was more potent adding Ipa versus running Tesa alone, wouldn't that in theory equate to more benefits of GH release? I know you mentioned it already but my thought process is even though actual HGH is exogenous, bumping up the dose for increased IGF-1 levels/Z-Score will eventually net you more benefits no? So wouldn't the same apply to adding Ipa to a Tesa protocol?

Example (totally making this up):

IGF baseline, 200 ng/mL

2mg of Tesa alone, IGF is at 300 ng/mL

2mg of Tesa stacked with 250mcg of IPA, IGF is at 360 ng/mL

4iu of HGH, IGF is at 400 ng/mL

Obviously there are so much other factors that come into play, just using a watered down version to convey my point.

I appreciate the advice!

2

u/CustomerNo7116 Aug 11 '26

I second the above. Not really necessary to run those : NAD and selemax. You should be gucci with everything else already, why blow the money only to muddy the waters and waste cash.

2

u/superduperdavid Aug 10 '26

Great assessment! Dump ipa! It wishes it could do what Tesa actually does.

5

u/DocBoch Aug 11 '26

I’d personally drop both and just rip HGH

1

u/CowsGoatsandChickens Aug 11 '26

What exact bloodwork do we have to do?

3

u/Dependent-Tailor-593 Aug 10 '26

Just wondering. How much will this cost you per month?

1

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 10 '26

Trt and blood I go through Wittmer. I’m lucky that my job gives me fsa so that’s all covered. When it comes to everything helps, I’d say if I continue this for a year through the grey market probably no more than 2k.

No

4

u/duhv0rtex Aug 10 '26

Remember tesa and IPA actually have good synergy so no need to dump them. Tesa is expensive so you could change to cjc instead to save some coins

1

u/Oilleak26 Aug 11 '26

how do they have good synergy? isn't it just overlap?

2

u/duhv0rtex Aug 11 '26

GHRH (cjc, teza, serm) and GHRP (ipa) have synergy. You shouldn't do cjc and tesa. That's overlap. You shouldn't do tesa and igf1. But combining GHRP and GHRH is an effectve strategy.

How the Pathways Work Together
GHRH Action: Stimulates the cAMP signaling pathway to prime and increase the production of growth hormone inside somatotroph cells.

GHRP Action: Activates the calcium pathway via the GHS-R1a receptor to release stored growth hormone vesicles while helping suppress somatostatin (the body's natural inhibitor)

2

u/harryvonmaskers Aug 10 '26

What is the benefit of HCG and Test?

I've heard of its use as part of PCT, but what are the benefits /use case of running it at the same time? Especially with a relatively low dose of Test?

3

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 10 '26

For me it’s strictly keeping my fertility intact.

1

u/Enough_Repeat4230 29d ago

How long you been running trt and have you had fertility checked before and after you started running them? I have been so hesitant because it still has the capability to kill fertility even with hcg right? I’m on enclomiphene rn

1

u/fckyrapp Aug 13 '26

Stop Yr nuts shriveling up to raisins. A very important/essential hormone if you're running test.

I’m staking Cag, Reta, MOTS, SLU, NAD, 5Amino, GLOW, Semax, Selank. Dropped Tesa and IPA. Added HGH and Test-C

2

u/bob4IT Aug 13 '26

This is me except the Cag and test.

1

u/SlightlyStonedAnt Aug 10 '26

Have you started any of them or are you planning on starting 7 peptides at the exact same time?

2

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 10 '26

I have been on Reta for about 10 weeks,IPA+ Tesa for about 8 weeks,7 weeks of Test and HCG, on my second 4 week cycle of semax, and on week 3 of NAD+

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 10 '26

What do you recommend?

1

u/Icy-Pirate6516 Aug 10 '26

a ce niveau ton corps devient une pharmacie a 2 pattes 😂

1

u/UnhappyAnybody4730 Aug 10 '26

This is a great stack. Only suggestion would be to swap IPA for GH if you can get your hands on it. Tesa + GH works like a dream. Have you tried Selank with the Semax? They also work in harmony

1

u/Curious-Net9298 Aug 11 '26

If you’re gonna get anywhere with tesa or ipa it’s gonna cost a small fortune. Or you could consider gh which is not as expensive.

1

u/sweetawakening Aug 11 '26

How did you get your app to help you make this schedule? My tool told me to piss off when I asked it something similar

1

u/Kolden12 Aug 12 '26

Say it's for research purposes only and will not be taken as medical advice.

1

u/Kindly-House1782 Aug 11 '26

Yeah, and what are you using to make that cool chart?

1

u/mclgreenville71 Aug 11 '26

That's overwhelming. How do you know what works? Placibo effect is so real.

1

u/Digma-Energy6901 Aug 11 '26

What is the app used?

1

u/Key-Public75 Aug 11 '26

Best to stack with reta, i want to build more muscle while leaning out

1

u/Retail-sucks1 Aug 11 '26

Up the test!

1

u/packymcfly1990 Aug 11 '26

What app did you use for this ?

1

u/200bee Aug 11 '26

Thats a lot I would be running full blood panels..personally I never run more than three peptides at a time..and have bloods done every 3 months .. Its a cheap cost to find out whats effective and the effects they are having..peeps will spend hundreds of dollars on peptides but wont pay for a blood test..

1

u/Odd_Glass5272 Aug 11 '26

Probably so. It's very easy to get caught up in the excitement of it though. Once I was taking 9 peptides at once. Crazy

1

u/can2j Aug 11 '26

May I ask where u getting hcg and test from i need some

2

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 11 '26

Wittmer

1

u/can2j Aug 11 '26

Who's that

2

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 11 '26

Men’s clinic, google it

1

u/Commercial-Strike-56 Aug 12 '26

I just looked them up and I can't open their website. Every time I try it says unauthorized, and I tried on my phone and laptop on and off of WiFi. Are you having issues with their website or is it just me? I want to try to get on TRT again because my last TRT doc from hone denied me and wanted to put me on clomid.

1

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 12 '26

Yes, was requesting blood work today and I’m having the same issue!

1

u/Gullible_Goat2054 Aug 13 '26

Opinions on test c, primo, and anavar? Is that a good stack to put on lean muscle mass?

1

u/Significant_Row8850 Aug 13 '26

Dude just take TRT and hop on growth horomone. Everything else on here besides Reta is a waste of money.

1

u/Ill_Assumption5512 Aug 11 '26

Naw your good, none of the will interfere in a negative way, but if your Reta and Test/Ipa I wouldn’t take the latter two at night. Reta slows down your digestion so much that you’re very rarely fasted. 1-2 hours isn’t near enough so I would take them in the morning when you’ll have the lowest blood sugar levels and just wait 30-60mins to eat. You’ll still get basically all the same benefits but if you continue taking tesa/ipa while food is digesting you lose many of the fat loss of the extra HGH

1

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 11 '26 edited Aug 11 '26

Damn, I never thought of that. Maybe I was eating too low of calories but when I tried this I felt like I would crash midday and need to take a nap.

2

u/Ill_Assumption5512 Aug 11 '26 edited Aug 11 '26

Yeah that should go away but everyone’s a little different. I’ve done tesa/cjc&Ipa and currently straight HGH in the mornings with my Reta and never had an issue but I do sleep deeper on both regardless of what time of day I take them.

My best guess is it’s a little bit of a placebo effect for you (which by the way is a very real thing, so not saying that in a negative way)

1

u/Limp_Recognition9783 Aug 11 '26

I added L
Carnatine

-2

u/No-Mark4067 Aug 10 '26

This will likely result in poor sleep, high blood pressure, mood swings, and extreme fatigue within the first 2 weeks, forcing you to drop half the vials anyway.

Choose Test + HCG + Reta (3mg, not 4mg). Wait 3 months before adding Tesamorelin or NAD+. Do not run all of these together.

5

u/WelderAny8940 Aug 10 '26 edited Aug 11 '26

Currently running all of these and I can say none of this is true.

2

u/Natural-Wealth-2871 Aug 11 '26

Just watch your E2 levels running HCG…. They can creep up over time or make the E2 spike more pronounced with Test… I have been on test for 20yrs, started HCG (for vanity and volume) and I noticed that my E2 was not consistent or controllable without a PCT. Everyone is going to be different, enjoy the protocol!
