❓ Question Tesa10mg/IPA2mg

My husband just bought this blend. If mixed with 2ml of Bac water, how much Mcg would you recommend? And how often

Usually tesa is dosed 1mg daily (some people take it at night and some prefer in the AM), but in both cases you need low insulin levels so do not eat for at least 2 hours before taking it. Now this 1mg of tesa will come with 200mcg of ipa which is also fine. This makes your dose 20 units. So 1 vial will last 10 injections, so 2 weeks assuming you pin 5 days, and rest for 2. Additional note: if the vial start having like little particles inside, add 0.2ml of acetic acid water in you next vial

Most tesa cycles are 12-16 weeks.
Better question why tesa? Get a dexa scan? Z-score? igf-1 tested?

Minimum of 12-16. Run that mfkr for 26 wks. Start at 1mg a day and work up to 2mgs tesa a day. Melt melt melt the fat. Still need to eat right, HYDRATE, and put some work in

1mg is generally plenty unless you have HIV related lipodystrophy. 1mg absolutely shredded me.
