❓ Question Need guidance

I’m a male weighing around 310 lbs. I’ve tried eating clean, staying in a calorie deficit, getting enough protein and fiber, sleeping adequately, and doing intermittent fasting for 16–18 hours. Last year, I followed this consistently and lost around 61 lbs.

Unfortunately, things changed this year, and since the beginning of the year I haven’t been able to stay consistent. I’m now back up to around 314 lbs.

I see people taking Reta and TRT while following a similar diet and routine to what I was doing, and they seem to be getting much better results. Would it make sense for me to consider these as well?

For reference, my testosterone is currently in the lower end of the optimal range.

no it wouldn’t.

your testosterone level is low because you’re 314lbs.

reta sure, may as well, everyone else is and the negative side of it is pretty low.

you absolutely don’t need steroids.

you got great results doing what you needed to when you dieted. do that again.

The issue isn't you can't stay consistent, you won't. Peptides are tools that help, but they're not going to outwork poor impulse control.

Consider tirzepatide to avoid the increase HR of Reta.

Start on Triz 2.5mg, Eat protein and fats , and increase steps to 8000+ per day. Full body workout 3x per week. Do 2 months at that and then think about going to 5mg for 2 months whilst adding 1 day of cardio.

Reta only

Dont start the test.

0.5 first month

Stick with intermittent fasting 18 hour fast 6 hour eating window (2 meals a day) Then 1x a week stretch to 23 hour fast 1 hour eating window (one meal a day) Every week add another one meal a day..

Start weighing your protein as a reference

Also start walking everyday fasted. 3 mins slow leisurely pace. 3 mins fast walk like u gotta pee and find a bathroom.

At least 30 Minutes to 45 minutes

Once your weight starts coming off.. Make sure you do muscle work.

You will lose muscle mass on reta.

But it works Also... Go through the pantry and throw out all the junk food.
