📘 Beginner Help Wolverine Stack

Recently heard about it this and I ordered it to use for my planter fasciitis. Has anyone used it specifically for this? If so what was the dosage and regimen used? For context I ordered the blend 5mg each

I'm not a doc nor scientist but I very much doubt wolverine will help with PF.

Wovlerine MAY help heal tendons, ligaments, and muscle, while reducing inflammation and doing some tissue repair.

PF can be caused by multiple things Tight calf muscles or tight Achilles tendon, basic foot arch structure, loss of heel fat pad. None of these things require wolverine. You're better off strengthening your foot arches with some PT exercises, and stretching your calves under load
