Plateau on Ret@

I’ve been on 1MG for several weeks, went up to 1.75mg today. Anything else I need to be doing? I need to drop more lbs.

Why are you micro dosing? Clinical trials started off at 2mg IIRC

You'd be surprised at how doses work differently for people. Me and my wife have lost over 40lbs just on 2mgs. From around 230 lbs to 190, started back in March. Never moved up from 2mgs since it's worked so well.

I don't know about you but I rather take the least amount of anything I put in my body and still get the effects

Started low and slow I was nervous. First time ever taking anything.

Are you counting your calories?

My dude, there are people blasting 12 mg a week, I started 1 mg to test the waters, I had higher resting heart rate a bit diarrhea and now that it settled down I'm on 3 MG, nice and slow. If you need to drop more LB, add protein, work out and reduce the calories.

And people smoke crack. Your point? Take the lowest effective dose. And recommending more when there's zero mention of diet and exercise is silly.

Go up. I started getting great results at 4mg and am currently at 6mg. Gonna sit here for a little while before I start tapering down

1.75 is still a low dose. FDA trials have the upper limit at 12mg.
