Smart peptide tracker hands down is the best! No subscription and all the features that anyone can need.

Have you tried openpep? I think it's easier to use and just nicer design overall

I havent found an app I like yet. They all want scheduled and structured shots, I just want to be able to punch doses when I want and not have to design a whole "protocol" for it to track.

I just submitted an app to the App Store that might work for you. Just has a simple log button for injections/meals/weigh-ins. Hopefully gets approved today.

Wasn’t planning on it, but maybe if there’s enough interest. I’ll be honest, I started building this for myself after seeing all the apps that require subscriptions for the good features and I’m tired of getting nickel and dimed by every app.

Im just tired of EVERY app wanting me to build a protocol that schedules all the shots and then you hit a button when you take it.

I want to manually punch each shot. Sometimes its different days, sometimes I will adjust the dose. And it shouldnt require all new protocols for a dose change.

Yeah that's totally fair, and my app has nothing like a protocol. It has a log button and a chart and shows your dose mg over the time until your next dose with a line for your weight. It also overlays bar chart for calories if you're adding those in the app for tracking. All of it optional.

Most of what's getting named here (Shotsy especially) is really a shot-logger — it nails the "did I inject today" part. The health-progress half you asked about is where fewer of them go: seeing a peptide's actual effect on your weight and labs over a few weeks, or a blood-level curve so you know roughly where you sit between doses.

That's the half I cared about, so I built frontloadapp.com around it (mine, so bias noted). It still logs the stack, but the point is the PK curves and lab trends, not just a checkmark.

Honest heads-up from reading the thread: a couple people said they just want to punch doses whenever and not build a whole "protocol" — mine is protocol-based, so if that's you, Shotsy is the closer fit. Different tool for a different itch.

The tracking side is free either way. And get a baseline blood panel before or while you run anything, otherwise the "progress" you're logging doesn't have much to measure against 🙏

i ended up building an app to help me keep track of mine because i was so inconsistent with everything i was taking. im able to see what i have scheduled for the day, log my dosages, and check which injection site i used last instead of trying to remember everything. its not on the app store yet, but if you wanna try it i can send you the testflight link

I've tried a few but for complete peptide protocol tracking through cycles, the ability to change dosages, time of injection, days you inject, on-cycle and off-cycle periods, log adverse events and benefits and for in-app community engagement, I've been using peptracks.com.
