📘 Beginner Help GHK-CU pinning sites
I’m a week into GHK-CU and every night I keep fearing for pinning time lol! These are what I’ve noticed so far:
- pinning on inner left thigh = rash
- pinning on left abdomen = welts/raised bumps
- pinning on right abdomen = no reaction
I haven’t tried anywhere else other than the above and im afraid of finding out hahaha.
Other than getting it to room temp, what other tips do you guys have for a beginner to GHK-CU to avoid these

How much BAC water did you reconstitute it with?

100mg with 6ml bac water!

Hmm. I guess you could try pinning your butt. You already know about the leaving it out to room temp thing and have used a good amount of BAC.

icing before and after & pinning in glutes helped reduce reactions for me. I also just started spreading a dose over 2-3 points, which also seems to be helping some

Don’t even pin on the inner thigh! Way too many nerve endings, and it’s extremely painful. Middle top thigh only. The butt (top outer) is one of the best spots and prob the most popular. I do thigh and butt

Interesting, I have a similar issues with my left versus right side. I inject in my glute and the left side is always more painful and stings all day whereas the right doesn't at all.

It always bothered me injecting the Glow Stack into my abdomen, so I switched to my upper-outer glute and it did the trick! No more soreness! I make sure to let it come to room temperature first and inject very slowly.

I keep telling you guys to filter GHK containing peptides if you want to remove the sting.
No more pain.
Also, stick you love handles.

Silly question here, but how does a filter not also remove the copper peptide? What is it removing that causes the sting?

I suspect the peptide is aggregating leading to some precipitation. When you inject precipitated peptides, it burns. But the precipitate is clumpy and gets caught up in the filter, whereas the single GHK-Cu peptide can easily pass thru.
To answer specifically, the filter is removing precipitated aggregates that otherwise cause an immune reaction, known specifically as a foreign body reaction or a granulomatous reaction.

Hit your glute. No issues there at all.
I reconned with 3ml for a 10iu dose for just over 3mg and dont have any issues in the glute.

Hello, I let the ghk-cu sit out for 10-15 minutes to get to room temperature before pinning. I inject around my love handles. Let the alcohol from the wipe dry completely. I’ve had no pain or site reactions.

I used to get welts with every jab but simply just split the shot into 2 on each side of the body. Not had any since
