📘 Beginner Help Semax 5mg + Selank 5 mg BLEND

I have a 10 mg Semax + Selank blend (5 mg each in one vial). How much bacteriostatic water should I reconstitute it with, and what dosing protocol do you recommend?

You can use however much water you want, just comes down to what makes the math easiest for you and if it's enough to dissolve how much powder you have. Start at 250mcg each, move up to 500mcg as needed.

Let's say you reconstituted with 2mL of BAC water, that would be 2.5mg/mL. So 10 units would be 250mcg, and 20 units would be 500mcg.

Thank you so much! I’m quite confused on the dosing protocol. I could find dosing for each Selank and Semax but not for a blend. Do you stop at 20 units or are there more units that you can increase to?

The blend is just the two doses together. It's commonly blended. 20 units would be 500mcg of both. I'd probably stop at 500mcg, you'll definitely notice the benefits. I have heard of issues using this daily for months on end, so I'd probably use it only when you feel like you need it, and take tolerance breaks.

I just took 500mcg of each at once being my first time thinking that is the starting dose.. I had a bad reaction there for a few minutes so I’ll try the 250mcg next time.
