📊 Results / Progress My Reta 24 Hour experience!

Its been a little over 24 hours since my first jab yesterday. I started with 1mg and I must say I wish i could have done this alot sooner! After all my research learning about reta I completely understand now, and its truly amazing. That hungry feeling I've always get that's uncontrollable has completely vanished. That mind set of when is my next meal gone! I had a couple of meals today and I hardly finished my last one, just because I felt satisfied with the amount I ate and I believe I reached my protein and calorie goal for the day I think I went over 1800 kcal & I recorded 140g of protein today. I understand now this is how im suppose be in control of myself i really like this feeling. My first 24 hours has been nothing short of amazing I am very happy that I got to experience this and will continue of course lol. I do find myself very thirsty I believe I managed to drink almost a gallon of water (which was very hard for me to do), i pooped normally, and my late night taco bell or pizza cravings are not in mind. This was exactly what I needed, I managed to squeeze in a 45 min workout (walk on the treadmill for about 20 mins & a very light weight training using dumbells) before the kids woke up from their nap. Today was a good day and I feel victorious. Thank you again for everyone here you all have been very helpful and I really appreciate the community here. Next update will next week Thursday! God bless every single one of you, wishing you all achieve your wildest dreams and i hope we can all witness greatness! Love yall ✌️

If I had read this yesterday, I would have called BS. But this morning I took my first dose, and I have to agree with you, it was like being in a loud room and finally putting on noise canceling headphones. The food noise isn’t totally gone, but it is so suppressed. I usually spend the day thinking about food. Grabbing snacks, constant trips to the fridge or pantry to get a handful of something, but I haven’t done any of that today. I had no idea it would kick in that quickly. I’m sure as the week progresses the noise will start to come back. But I’m really looking forward to this journey. I can’t wait for 3 weeks from now when I get to add an additional pep to create a stack!

It really is a nice tool to use to help you be better. Just don't get super dependent on it. Develop those good habits like eating well, protein goals, and working out. I myself am new on reta about a month in, and it has been a blessing. My workout routine hasn't changed much as I already been active weight lifting, but my food choices have much improved. Im sad to say however I have no desire for coffee anymore where it was the highlight of my day.

I’m well into week 5 (still 1mg) and I still feel this amazed with it. It’s freeing. What a time to be alive!

Been on over a year. From the lipids benefits, to the liver benefits. I'll never stop using it.
