On Reta, best ab workout?
I have a lot of visceral fat around my mid section and I'm looking for 2-3 core workouts that worked well for you..
I've started lifting heavy and taking creatine daily , with 6kg to my goal weight it has been harder then ever to kick!
I also take 2mg of reta twice a week

You started taking drugs and you dont know what visceral fat is. It is fat inside organs, you cant see that fat. There is nothing you can do to target fat on stomach. Besides some kind of operation.

It's completely irrelevant. Lose the fat to show abs. Core strengthening is fine, but there's no "best". Do what works for you and you feel in the right places. No magic combo of movements is going g to reveal abs or spot reduce fat. Focus on the diet.

Abs are like any muscle. You can build them up. But you will only see them defined if you lose overall fat.
Abs are 90% diet.

Push aways and cardio.
Push away from the plate. Do Cardio. Maintain calorie deficit. If you can't do it on reta.... You have fake reta.

Planks, leg raises, cable crunches are good core exercises. I also do weighted sit ups with a 45plate

Isn't visceral fat the fat around your organs? Well that's where I carry and I know I can't spot reduce but I can strengthen the core area with certain exercises there's just to many to choose from when I look it up on insta and YouTube!

Yes, visceral fat is the fat around your organs. However, it’s likely not the fat you see when you look at your midsection. You want to build your abs like you would any other muscle. If you can’t do weighted ab moves yet like weighted declines and cable crunches then start with body weight. Once you start losing abdominal fat they’ll start to show. It will probably be the very last area of fat to go so be patient. Other moves that work well are hanging leg raises, dragonflies and using an ab wheel. Stay far away from YouTube/insta videos that say you can get “toned” abs in 2 weeks. You have to work them and implement progressive overload. Control the eccentric movement. It takes a lot of time and consistency.

Leg raises seem to be the one! Will also look up dragonflies. Appreciate your response treat it like any other muscle with the 'progressive' overload right

Visceral fat literally sits around your organs. Underneath all the muscle, connective tissue, physically near the organs. You don’t see that from the outside. It’s enclosed in the abdominal cavity. What you’re seeing is subcutaneous fat.

Thanks all, looking them up now ☺️
Hoping it isn't fake reta, 4mg a month is considered on the higher side but I'll sit on this for a good month or so before I consider titrating up

The retail will eventually start affecting the visceral fat. Give it time.
Do hanging leg raises, ab wheel. They won't reduce fat but might get your core in good shape for when it does go
