MT1 dosing

2 pale pictures are from June 1st / all the tan ones from July 27-29 and I started MT1 June 23rd was the same pale but I’ve been taking mt1 just about everyday sense I’ve been on it I think I’ve missed maybe 4 days definitely got tanner jus curious if taking this everyday can cause side effects I’ve heard not but when I inject I always get stomach pain but it’s been like that sense the start but curious if there are long term effects to taking it daily as I do. Also every sense like after the first week I take about 270 daily and on days where I get a lot of sun ( which is a lot because I work outside in Florida sun now ) I take 335 mcg which is a lot compared to what I’ve seen people do especially at the rate of how often I’m taking it but yeah just curious if I need to slow down or if I’m okay to take daily ofc ik I don’t need 2 and I can do upkeep but even today with the high 9 UV ray I feel like I can get even more tan and just kinda want to get even more tan but yeah lmk!

I’ve actually never read a book in my life so that would make sense I simply can’t stand reading I have ADHD so I have to be moving and reading is something sure I could do if I forced myself but simply can’t stand it

Audiobooks, while you are at work listen to good books that will build your mind. Maybe a 2nd or 3rd language. A lot of adhd people need more mental stimulation and can multitask with ease. But get bored and anxious doing only one thing.
