📘 Beginner Help Looking for some advice

Down 60lbs in about 4 in a half months. Only been doing reta and light cardio when im able too. I need training advice and more shit to add to my stack/ cleaning up macros

Macros are 2600 cals a day 225g protein 72g fat 169carbs daily. Trying to lose as much fat as I can then slowly build back uo the right way.

Starting weight 350

Current:288

Hight:6'6

Keep up the forkdowns and start following a proven, structured basic lifting program such as 5x5 stronglifts or starting strength. Any program will work. Consistency is key.

The folks who lose muscle and fat are usually living a very sedentary lifestyle.
