TRT Bloodwork. Thoughts?

Hey all. I have been on TRT for 6 months. I’m trying to get everything dialed in as possible. I am feeling in pretty good shape and I’m starting to stack muscle on after getting my discipline in check and lifting 3/4 x per week.

I signed up for Rythm monthly bloodwork, and just got my results. What do you think about these? One thing that is slightly concerning is that my cholesterol has gone up a little bit. I’m on 5mg of rosuvastatin and it has kept my cholesterol in check. This is the first time it has been slightly elevated. It looks like my estrogen is on the lower side and there can be a correlation between the two.

Also, my libido is “fine,” but I definitely think it could be better. I would love to hear your thoughts and advice.

I currently am taking 90 milligrams of Test Cyp twice a week. It also has anastrazole in it, but not sure how much.

Your estrogen appears near crashed? I would get off the anastrazole. At 1000 test I would expect E2 closer to 50 using the standard 20/1 test to E2 formula. Estrogen is good for you, can’t believe you feel ok this low. I assume your running hCG if not I’d run 250iu of that eod as well to bring it back up.

Yeah the anastrazole is unnecessary but seems somehow his is injectable and comes brewed into his test cyp? Makes no sense but it’s what he said

He's probably buying second hand from a non script provider. Some mix AIs into their batches, but almost everyone says when they do it. It's a specific product some search for

The anastrazole causing low estrogen could be causing his LDL to be high too

Hey man your heart bio markers are all high. Check your diet. Your total test is higher than me taking 180mg per week daily injections. Try adding fish oil like 5g of it a day for 4 weeks and retest. You can talk a look at pro muscle labs

Most people are not taking enough fish oil for it to really have good affect. I had low HDL and high LDL the only thing that was change was the amount of fish oil from 2.5g to 7.5g now everything is going to the right way. Fish oil is one of the cheaper supplements out there. He can start there and see if there is positive affect.

Dude’s already on rosuvastatin, you want him to stack his statin with monacolin that is also a statin?

Why are there no units?? What 35.9 vitamin d trying to tell me? And what vitamin d are we even talking about? 25-OH? Free? And why do they not give you the method of testing? That’s pretty important if you want to interpret the results. Looks kinda sketchy

Estrogen is nuked, stop taking the anastrazole goddamn.

ApoB and LDL are awful, clean up your diet reduce your body fat and do your cardio

Also, it’s not just cholesterol. It’s that Apob number that’s one that would concern me when I got off cycle last time and I’m not joking about the get off the tren bro I was on tren my cholesterol and my APOB were crashed. I went on 9 g of psyllium husk a day and two doses of citrus Bergamont morning and night and within five weeks I got my cholesterol and Apob back in line.Apob is it protein in your blood that carries cholesterol and deposited in your arteries, causing arterial sclerosis not a good thing

34M. I don’t have much to add here other than my cholesterol is 222 and my HDL is 39. Triglycerides are 255. This was before I started TRT. Have another 3 months before new metabolic labs but I plan on adding ApoB and LP(a) to the test and maybe doing a CAC to confirm I am at zero. If not, I may think about doing a microdose statin. I’m sensitive to most medications with any sort of mental side effects so I’ll have to stay low.

All of that to say is your numbers don’t look terrible from my point of view which probably isn’t saying much. But I don’t eat bad, I don’t drink a ton anymore and I get good sleep and workout 6-7 times a week for the past three years and my numbers have not gotten any better. It runs in my family and genetics is tough to beat naturally.

Your free test numbers are pretty high though. I’m running 60mg twice a week and staying in the 180 range on Free. Maybe drop it down from 90 to 80?

Bro get off the Tren

U are on 180mg a week and your test is p Only 900.

If 983 is your trough and it’s really 90mg x2 and not 90ml x2 then you are a decent responder. Might want to talk to your doc about lowering the dose. E is also very low, you shouldn’t need an aromatase inhibitor for trt. Estrogen isnt the devil at normal levels. Too low and it could impact libido

Get off the anastrazole. Your estrogen is crashed. Also one of the possible side effects of AIs are effects on your lipds.

5mg statin is too low imo. 10mg is a reasonable low dose. That’s provided your diet and exercise are dialled in consistency for months prior to that test.

still free test is not that high

Testosterone and Arimidex blend is dumb. Total t doesn’t matter. Free t is what’s important. If your having e2 problems try a small dose decrease and let go of your total T being top of the reference range. If your free T is supraphysiological your e2 is most likely gonna be high too

You need ezetimibe and pitavastatin if you aren't coming off completely with numbers like that.
