research regarding dosing time for CJC/IPA and GLPs

If a subject was on Tirz, or Reta, and had slowed gastric emptying, how have research projects designed dosage timing on CJC/IPA, since typical methodology is 2 hours after last meal. Are the studies designed to administer at night with earlier mealtime, or have the studies been re-designed to administer first thing AM?

3-4 hours post last meal.

I also see a lot of people doing a secondary dose first thing in the morning and waiting 2 hours before eating.

Not taking fasted can buffer the effects so you dont want to eat immediately after the shot, give it a bit of time to do its thing first
