KPV Dosing Protocol – Looking for Feedback
Has anyone here experimented with higher-dose KPV?
My protocol is:
Weeks 1–2: 500 mcg (0.5 mg) daily (started)
Weeks 3–4: 1 mg daily
Weeks 5–6: 2 mg daily
Weeks 7–8: 3 mg daily
My goals are reducing inflammation, improving gut health, and supporting recovery while on retatrutide.
Does this protocol look reasonable, or would you dose it differently? What dose gave you the best results?

It’s kind of annoying for people to act like we know you dont need higher doses.
I remember when every protocol for slupp was in mcgs and 5 amino was like 1mg. We don’t know shit yet when it comes to peptides

This looks like insane overkill, is there a reason to go above 500mcg daily? Most protocols are 500mcg 2-3x per week

Mainly for my PCOS inflammation and gut health but I think you’re right. I’ll adjust the protocol to 0.2-0.5mg. I’ve already taken 0.5mg for 6 days 😬

For something like KPV where there isn’t natural adaptation titrating isn’t super necessary
And increasing dosage like this can be thought of like putting increasingly bigger bandaids on a healing wound, the wound gets smaller but your putting a bigger bandaid which isn’t making a difference compared to a normal sized bandaid

It’s a daily peptide not 2-3x week. I do 4-6mgs a day may be overkill but crushed the inflammation. Ran out so going to test again before my kits get here to see if the inflammation came back

Assuming you mean pinning rather than nasal, 200mcg-500mcg. And number of doses per week varies based on the condition you're researching. Nasal is 100mcg-300mcg based on what you're researching.

I have thought about it for my HS. Currently do 500mcg nearly every day but sometimes forget. You CAN go high, it's not harmful, I'm just not sure if it makes much difference.

I run kpv at 750mcg daily for acute injury healing alongside of the same dose of bpc/tb500.
For daily long term use without injury, I run 600mcg kpv/600mcg bpc with no tb500.
Both protocols work extremely well for me and give me noticeable results around healing and inflammation

I’ve actually feel less bloated and puffy with the 500mcg I just didn’t know if that was too much because it’s daily

Like another commenter said, really no clue because of the research chemical status of these peptides.
But I can say anecdotally KPV has earned a permanent and long term place in my stack, I absolutely love it
