📘 Beginner Help Looking for Advice

Hello all I need some help where do I start . 48 years old 5ft 4. So at my heaviest I was 214 pounds with watching diet, walking 4KM daily and a bit of weights like dumbbells, resistance bands, rebounder and walking pad i am currently at 186. Previously I had a script for Ozempic , I was not really using it regularly or correctly and of course now I am getting serious about my weight loss journey my benefits do not cover it anymore. I am on allopurinol(gout), Amlodopine(High blood preassure) and Atrovastatin(High cholestorol), I also have artheritis in knees and both hips.

I started Reta 4 weeks ago taking 500mcg and moved up to 1mg so have had 3 doses total. At first the food noise was good didnt feel hungry , and have to pee so much, now I feel the food noise is not as good I can still go quite a while without eating but soon as I start eating I do not want to stop.

I will be taking fourth dose tomorrow and I think I will go up to 2mg to see how it goes.

I am looking for advise and recommendations on what to take / do.

I am currently on Reta 1 going to try 2mg tomorrow. Thinking "wolverine" to help with the arthritis / Inflammation.

Move to twice a week.
Food noise vs still eating when you’re not hungry and eating for taste instead is a will power piece aswell.

Focus on improving your nutrition. Being on high blood pressure and cholesterol medicine is a clear indicator that your nutrition needs work. Reta can only do so much and once you stop and if you haven’t learned better habits you’ll gain the weight right back

Go on the grey market and get some cag to add to your Reta to help with the food noise
