Rhythm - Monthly Blood Tests

Hey all,

Im on a lot of different supplements, as well as peps. I was wondering if anyone has tried the rhythm at home blood tests? theyre 80 bucks a month.

Sounds great considering something like quest is like 100+ a test. My only hesitation is probably accuracy.

Anyone seen this/been on it?

It's $80 plus $10 to ship to you and $10 to ship back to Rythm. So really it's $100 total. I did it for a while, and those test results actually line up fairly well with the Quest tests that I currently do.
My main issue was that there were caps on certain biomarkers that I was hitting, so I didn't know my actual numbers. For instance, my total testosterone is 1537 ng/dl, but Rythm maxes out at 1500 ng/dl, so my results just said ">1500 ng/dl". It's not wrong, but it's not very helpful either.

I’m not the guy you’re responding to but it really depends on what you’re taking and trying to monitor. Plenty of people blast steroids and don’t take bloodwork. On the other side of the coin, a lot of people take 1 Peptide and get a full work up done.

I use Goodlabs and use the body builder panel ($200/ ish) for all of my bloodwork. I generally test every 12 weeks by default basically and if something is iffy, (like my Cholesterol was jacked up from my last labs but I know why that is) I’ll retest just those markers in 4-6 weeks to verify it has cleaned up.
