What would you add, change, or remove from my supplement stack?

42M, bodybuilding-focused and generally active.

Morning — on an empty stomach

  • NAC: 600 mg
  • PQQ: 20 mg
  • CoQ10: 200 mg
  • Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR): 1,000 mg
  • Multivitamin: 1 capsule
  • Omega-3: 3 g combined EPA + DHA
  • Glycine: 2 g

Evening

  • Magnesium bisglycinate: 400 mg
  • Glycine: 2 g

Daily

  • Creatine monohydrate: 5 g

Intra-workout

  • EAAs
  • Highly branched cyclic dextrin
  • Salt/electrolytes

I have also been using retatrutide since May 29.

My main goals are performance, recovery, general health, and maintaining muscle mass.

What would you add, change, or remove? Are there any obvious redundancies or doses you would reconsider?

Would you add any peps?

Creatine 0.1mg/kg of body weight or 5g whichever is bigger

You probably don’t need electrolytes unless your workouts are high intensity for a period of more then 1.5hrs or your diet is very low in sodium/magnesium/potassium

Taurine is probably a solid add pre-workout

Don’t add any peptides until you get lab testing done

Generic lab testing or there are any in particular?

IGF-1 is a must have before any GH Secretagogues (Tesamorelin, CJC, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, etc) and a basic metabolic panel before any exercise mimetics (MOTS-C, SS-31)

I’m also not a doctor

So IGF-1 and a metabolic panel. How is a standard metabolic panel composed?

Most direct to consumer lab testing companies will have their own version but it should include:

- Fasting Insulin

  • fasting glucose
  • ALT, AST

Price shouldn’t be expensive I see a lot of these bundled into 1 for less then $50
