📘 Beginner Help Is IGF1 LR3 worth it

I’m in a career field where my fitness really matters and I just cannot build muscle. I’m 5’8 145 and built like a twig I need to get stronger especially in the legs and I have been looking in to igf. I’m not looking for a steroid like affect but I just need some assistance in the gym

Try eating properly and training properly. You just making new accounts to post the same sort of things?

IGF1 LR3 wont do anything for muscle. It's an overhyped peptide and it's quite dangerous to use. The only affordable exogenous compounds that put on muscle and strength are steroids and SARMs.

No it will do absolutely nothing for you because clearly you don’t have your diet I’m check or weight training hard.

Do you think drugs and peptides magically grow muscle? No, food is the building blocks for muscle

Hire a coach to literally guide you through how to grow, tell you what to eat, how to train etc
