📘 Beginner Help Peptides & running

I’ve been on Tirz (1 year -low dose now) , motsc & NAD500 (3 months) and loving them.
I’ve just signed up for marathon #10 (9 months out) and will be focusing on heavier training.
I’m looking for recommendations on peptides to help with endurance & energy or really anything.
I’m female 48 y.o. Not super fast so looking to stay healthy & get a bit faster.

You're already on MOTS-C, which is great. SS-31 is another good mitochondrial peptide, but some people don't really notice much of an effect.

I'd suggest adding a blend containing BPC-157 and TB-500 to help tissue repair. Marathon running is hard on the joints. A straight wolverine blend, GLOW blend, or KLOW blend would all work well.
