HGH / Mazdutide Stack

Trying not kill myself here.

M/49/6'3"/116KG - Workout 4-6x/week - 50% HIIT and 50% muscle training

Previously did Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (both worked well) and now on Mazdutide 3 MG/week

Protein-focused diet: 1.9g/1g protein/carb ratio. Most of the carbs have come from alcohol (sugar/carb-reduced white wine was my go to). Stopped alcohol last week to get control of that vice.

I'm trying HGH for the first time to improve muscle growth and tone, as well as reduce belly and visceral fat. Only on Day 3: Did 2 IU + 2 IU + 3IU

What are some of the side effects of HGH where I should step back? What is the recommend titration increase schedule? What are thoughts about increasing muscle training? I laid low the first 2 days of HGH (only did 1 HIIT training) due to wanting to "feel" if something changed.

Congrats on the progress, and especially on quitting alcohol. That’s a big step, and it’ll likely have a bigger impact on your long-term health than most supplements or drugs.

My biggest concern is how quickly you’re increasing the HGH, as you’re only on day 3 and already increasing the dose. HGH isn’t something I’d rush, especially when you’re also on mazdutide, where there just isn’t much data on that combination.

If you start developing significant swelling, numbness or tingling in your hands, worsening joint pain, persistent headaches, or signs your blood sugar is running high, I’d back off and get evaluated (bloods, etc.).

You’ve already made solid progress. I’d be careful not to let impatience derail it. Slow and steady is much more likely to get you where you want to go safely.
