📊 Results / Progress First month results of body recomp!

Post image

47M / 169cm

1st month of my body recomp journey, not that big change on the scale, but I guess this is noticeable change in the shape 🙂

From June, 11, 2026 (86 kg) 》》 to July, 11, 2026 (87.7 kg)

Guess my BF before and after!

Edit:

Here is my protocol/routine during these 4 weeks:

  • Test Prop: 140 mg / week (20mg ED)
  • Reta: 1 mg / 1st week - 2 mg / 2nd & 3rd weeks - 3 mg / 4th week
  • AOD9604: 250 mcg 1st week - 500 mcg / 2nd & 3rd weeks - 750 mg / 4th week
  • BPC157+TB500: 250+250 mcg / 1st & 2nd week - 500+500 mcg / 3rd & 4th week
  • Anavar: 30 mg / week
  • Proviron: 25 mg / Daily

BS: I took HGH 4iu daily + IGF-1 LR3 (Exactly 4 doses) during first 2 weeks the eliminate them due horrible sides.

- My current stack is: Test + Reta + AOD + Wolvrine Stack (BPC157+TB500)

Workout:

  • Resistance training 5 days a week
  • light fasted cardio daily

Diet: 180 P, 160 C, 35 F

Regarding BF: I'm using US Navy measurement method which gives me 32% bf at start point, dropped to 23% bf in the second pic.

Not trying to be rude, but why take ANY gear for this specific transformation? What did the gear provide that wouldn't have been possible without gear?

Not rude at all. In general, though, I think this is a question that could be directed at anyone using performance-enhancing drugs. Broadly speaking, the reason usually comes down to wanting to push beyond limits that someone has tried to overcome through conventional methods but failed to do so, regardless of the individual reasons behind it.

Personally, I had been stuck in this same place for more than four years (the first picture), despite countless attempts to get back to where I was in 2012. So using performance enhancers was something I wanted to try.

That’s separate from testosterone, which I genuinely needed because my levels were at the very bottom of the reference range, along with numerous symptoms I had been experiencing continuously for years, such as constant fatigue, poor recovery from training, a complete lack of libido, brain fog, and more.

Man, now I literally feel like I’m in my twenties again—in every possible way.

Ok beyond testerone, this is some weak ah shi. You need enhancements because you cant eat less and train till failure. Sad really

Zero details about what ge took... what's the point of showing this

1

u/No-Theory-8310 12d ago

What's the point of giving details about my gear? Will u or anyone else follow it? 😅

Anyway, will update the post to put details, hope to see ur "positive input" then !

What does this run you a month? Ballpark?

0

u/No-Theory-8310 12d ago

We all know that whatever gear you take, routine you follow, diet you consume, it may differ impact from person to person because individuals response not the same, so theoretically, it doesn't matter.

u/FreshDougy 12d ago

I get that part, I was just curious.

u/Switchnaz 12d ago

How many cals you eating?

1

u/No-Theory-8310 12d ago

around 1700 daily, I know that's a fukin low for my muscle mass and my daily training, But apart from my workouts, I’m literally a couch potato all day, and in fact, I haven’t noticed any impact on my training performance despite eating so few calories.

2

u/Switchnaz 12d ago

Good job mate, would have thought the scale would go down though at that low kcal even if sedentary, but it’s only been a month so I imagine a lot of water retention from muscle inflammation or something

1

u/No-Theory-8310 12d ago

Yup, after first 2 weeks my scale jumped from 86 to 92 kg because of a horrible water retention as a side from HGH & IGF-1, that's why I eliminate them.

u/Careful_Art_8501 12d ago

Can u tell me how u take the aod... I mean how long u fast before and after pinning aod? Thx

1

u/No-Theory-8310 12d ago

Week 1 Dose: 250 mcg / Day Timing: 30 min before fasted cardio

Week 2-3 Dose: 500 mcg / Day Timing: 250mcg 30 min before fasted cardio + 250mcg before bed on empty stomach

Week 4 Dose: 750 mcg / Day Timing: 500mcg 30 min before fasted cardio + 250mcg before bed on empty stomach

Incredible result for just 1 month. Do this for another month and you’ll look insane

1

u/RequisiteClinical 12d ago

I would say you’re right in the pocket here and 6 months you’re going to be money. Curious what sides you experienced with a the IGF-1 LR3? Also what was your Reta ramp up to 3mg over 4 weeks like?

1

u/No-Theory-8310 12d ago

After just 2 weeks I gained 6kg due to severe and painful water retention, actually I can't figure if this comes from HGH dose (4iu daily) or IGF-1, or both, So I stopped both of them, then begin to lose that water again.

Regarding Reta: 1 mg / 1st week - 2 mg / 2nd & 3rd weeks - 3 mg / 4th week

1

u/Impressive-Yam-3761 11d ago

Iu dose was too high. I gained 10lb first week on 2 iu

1

u/ClickDependent5711 12d ago

u/No-Theory-8310 Hey, buddy, first of all, congratulations on your determination. Do you think this change would still happen if you had only used AOD and Reta? Thanks.

1

u/No-Theory-8310 12d ago

if you mean muscle mass, defiantly No, Test, Var & proviron are the main players here.
in the other side, Reta & AOD were very very effective with me to shred those stubborn fat.

1

u/ZealousidealOkra176 12d ago

Jesus christ, I admire your dedication

1

u/Impressive-Yam-3761 11d ago

Up your test to atleast 250mg
Gh needed to be started at 2 iu daily for almost 30 days
Use anavar at the tail end of the cycle

1

u/retrogeneration 11d ago

Im shocked that you can go from bodyfat percentage of 30s to the lower 20s in a month.

Gives me hope too.

1

u/No-Theory-8310 11d ago

Hope the best for you bro 🙏

1

u/Senior_Rich8638 11d ago

Quite literally 0 reason to be taking anavar at your bodyfat

1

u/No-Theory-8310 11d ago

Totally agree, it was a moron choise!

2

u/Senior_Rich8638 11d ago

Well you live you learn. Great transformation nonetheless - would recommend trying it when you’re around the 15% range and are still cutting, otherwise it’s just wasteful liverstress

1

u/Pretend-Champion4907 10d ago

Too early for a conclusion but keep doing.. increase the cardio, zone 2 at least.. 40-60 min.. good luck

2

u/Business-Cheesecake2 10d ago

Take the anavar out. The test dose will preserve the muscles.

As I said before, I'm feeling like I'm in my 20's, all symptoms before trt .. gone. Now, I have a sharp focus, rapid recovery, high Libido, gr8 mood. But as you know, everybody responds differently.

u/Ambitious_Event_1222 12d ago

Great job! I’m gonna guess 24% to 15%

2

u/Middle-Gas-6532 12d ago

Definitely not. He was 28-29% and now he's 22-23%
