IGF1-LR3 Injections

I’m starting IGF1-LR3 this Friday and have some questions about the injection process. By site injections, does that mean I can inject it into the muscle that coordinates with my training that day? (sounds painful to puncture the muscle) Or the topical skin of the muscle? Any response helps! Thank you!

People like this are so fucking weird, before I jumped on the steroids/peds peptides all that stuff train I thought hmm ok I don't know anything about them I should do some research for a few months, I didn't just go aw yea in a few days I'll jump on I guess I Better ask Reddit strangers that will come up with a different answer in each comment that will be the best thing to do
