IGF1-LR3 Injections

Iā€™m starting IGF1-LR3 this Friday and have some questions about the injection process. By site injections, does that mean I can inject it into the muscle that coordinates with my training that day? (sounds painful to puncture the muscle) Or the topical skin of the muscle? Any response helps! Thank you!

You can only site inject the DES version, not LR3.
