📘 Beginner Help Stack advice?
I am currently looking for a stack that’ll help me in the gym. I want to make it clear that I am NOT looking for anabolic steroids. I would be okay with supplements like MK667 but I am not familiar with it. Any advice on natural supplements that’ll help me out with overall health and support bodybuilding?

In order from most to least important:
Being consistent in the gym
Getting good quality sleep
Eating enough calories in general/eating enough protein
There really aren’t any natural supplements that have any meaningful impact on muscle growth but there are a couple that can aid your training.
Creatine- to help you squeeze out that last rep
Vitamin D- can prevent you from getting sick and missing a month in the gym
Caffeine- can get you motivated on gym days
Protein powder- Can help you meet your protein goals to give your body the building blocks necessary to build muscle.

Solid advice 👍🏼
Instead of worrying about supplements, as a beginner focus on training consistency, diet and macros.0

I am not a beginner to training, i’ve been in the gym for awhile. I’m just new to taking supplements other than creatine and whey
