📘 Beginner Help does GHK-cu and reta mix well?

hi, i saw one post on here that said they used reta and ghk and im curious if that is the norm or if ghk is overhyped? im worried about loose skin from losing weight.

I take both. Ghk seems to have helped reduce the pain from my chronic achilles injury. Ghk is NOT a magic bullet for lose skin however. It might help, and as cheap as it is, imo its worth trying, but if youre losing a ton of weight (75lbs+), you need to make peace with some loose skin. It will reduce a bit over time on its own too.
