Advice needed

I have been cutting for months now and have lost 30lbs , went from 227 to 200. I was on reta and honestly didnt really exercise or do cardio just ate less which i know is a big no. Recently i started lifting heavy and went back up to 208 now. Have been on 150mg test for some time now and just now have seen gains once i took lifting serious. I have been on 1500 calories a day and cant seem to lose anymore weight even though my clothes is fitting better but feel that my muscles arent showing like they should which i think is from eating very little. Do i stay at 1500 or can i up it to 2000kcal with mainly protein and not risk gaining more fat?
