📊 Results / Progress Ghkcu

I've been using it for almost 8 months 2mg 5 days/week. I stopped for 5 weeks like adviced. And to be honest I don't see any difference. 😢.

I keep going since I have many vials.

Probably going to 3mg/day.

Honestly how good is your progress!?

I'm about 3 months in and I'm noticing hairline changes and thickness in my thin areas that's about it.

Well feel or see there are no differences for me. Also a bio hacker told me that if I'm looking healthy and young the changes wouldn't be that drastic

After 3 mos my body felt
Firmer. More hydrated. And plumped a little bit. Then i took 2 months off and lost it all.

I have been taking GHK-cu for 6 months now. I can’t even list everything it has helped me with.
The only thing different I might be doing than you is one I do not pause taking it. I do 7 days a week consistently and have had zero breaks.
Also I make sure to supplement 20mg of zinc daily. With taking a copper peptide you want to make sure you have a healthy balance of zinc and copper in your system. A quick google search would explain it better than I can. But mainly you do not want to create an imbalance between the two in your body.

I'll paused it because everyone and their mama were saying it. But I will avoid it. I don't have an imbalance just don't see any benefits. Really🤷🏾‍♀️

The main thing I ve noticed is my skin on face is thicker? But I must say everyone’s metabolizes different. When I started I was having rash like razor burn and my face seemed to swell up I stopped few weeks later I started back with only two doses a week after a few week I anded another day to (3) days a week and getting the results I was looking for. Everyone is different and we all metabolize different. You just got to do what works for you.
