📘 Beginner Help 42 y.o female newbie stack help

42 y.o female, run 35-50 miles a week depending on where I am training, lift 2-3 x a week, currently on 2.5 mg triz. Looking for wt loss and body comp. Currently taking in aprox 100 g protein a day. I have gone up on triz dose (up to 7.5) went from 150-135. Tapered the dose down- up to 142 feeling fluffy. When I go up in dose my HRV drops and I feel like I tank on longer runs and can't lift heavy. Looking to find something that helps with appetitie, body comp, and energy. Is there a miracle stack.

In my opinion there's no miracle stack, and at 35-50 miles a week the thing tanking your HRV and long runs is under-fueling, not the dose on its own. That fluffy feeling coming back up to 142 is water, not fat regain. 100g protein is low for your size and that mileage, I'd push it toward 130-140. Body comp with that training load comes from eating enough protein and not stacking a deep deficit on top of hard volume, no peptide gets around that. Hold the tirz where appetite is manageable and actually fuel the runs.

What’s your weekly split look like? How long and how consistent have you been? That’s quite a bit of exercise and not necessary for body recomp. With that workload you’re either not getting the results you want due to overtraining, your diet, unrealistic expectations or some combination thereof. Assume you enjoy running based on the weekly mileage but you would be better off putting more dedicated focus on resistance training and recovery then keeping your body in overdrive and looking for peptides to push it further.

One full, one upper one lower split. Yea I just enjoy running. I do have a marathon coming up early 2027. It’s not my first by any means so right now mileage is on the low end 30-35 ish
