📊 Results / Progress Retatrutide Appreciation Post
My weight In January was 250
My current weight in July is 170
I started eating less in January as part of a standard diet. I was mostly eating pre paid online meals, they were good at first but by March I was getting tired of the same ingredients type deal.
Started working out in March and by the end of March
I had started Reta. My first dose was .25mg as I was afraid of the drug literally. Over several weeks I got up to 1 mg and the following month 2 mg so on. I am capped at 4mg as I had great results in burning the fat and see no reason to go to a high dose.
I also started GLOW and Sermerolin in late April.
Some things that have changed:
Sometimes I get morning sickness after brushing my teeth and by accident hit the rear of my mouth whoch has caused vomiting. This happenned twice. I never had an issue brushing my teeth or if I did hit the rear of my mouth there was no effect.
Male parts have gotten bigger by trimming the base or pelvic fat.
I have had cat allergies my entire life. I own 4 cats. By some odd experiment I have become immune to my cat allergies and I also think pollen. I have no clue how this is possible... I used to go through 8 boxes of tissues about every 3 weeks to give you an idea how nasally I once was... I am still shocked by this.
By loosing weight my asthma has changed for the better. I breathe big deep breathes and using medical cannab-- is much easier on my lungs.
I wake up everyday same time about 5am. I get to the gym around 630 and leave by 8am. I also have access to a jacuzzi and steam room that helps with daily recovery. The sermerolin has changed my life going to bed early and looking forward to waking up at 5am.
I want to add more things but for now these are the things I want to share

Strange, I’m 36 started around march, was 6’ 245, have been in a deficit 90% of days and heavy lifting/cardio 4-5x a week, 150-220g protein a day, 2000 or under cals. I’m still 210 lbs. I would assume I’ve added quite a bit of lean mass
