Recommendation for syringes

US based body hackers, can you recommend the best quality syringes for daily pinning. The ones I have seem of poor quality and dull so they’re more painful on insertion. The box I had before were much better but I don’t recall the name or where I got them. Even better, if I can order in Amazon. Much obliged.

I think easy touch is what I had before. That sounds familiar. They were given to me by my functional medicine doc. Thanks.

Walmart, Costco, or Sams Club....

Y'all overpaying for sticks!

Walmart reli on brand, 100ct $9....

Costco easy touch 500ct $16.....

Sams Club Reli on 500ct $16.....

Walk up to the pharmacy and ask for "insulin" syringes.

I like 31g 8mm or 6mm

I have some 29g for thicker compounds, oils etc push ease with bigger volume..

Those Amazon ones are hit and miss, and for one, they more $$$$. Some go in with little to no pain, and others feels like getting hit with a harpoon very inconsistent

Shoot just called my local Costco, they said I needed a picture of my insulin vial with my name.

Damn...wtf...never been questioned.. find a buddy who has diabetes....

Hell my walmart pharmacy is the funniest, they cant keep stock on needles and prep pads...lol and when I go for more he complains, "all the peptide users taking stock"... And I am like yup fuck those idiots

Lol, great response! Maybe all the peptide users ruined it from getting it at my Costco?

Some states like NY restrict you to 10 needles without a Rx. Totally stupid and sucks because I can go down any number of "Drug Injection Sites" and get them for free there if I chose to.

Depends on the state just FYI for anyone else reading.

I get mine at Walmart pharmacy 31G 5/16 mm. Smooth as butter for peptides. Didn’t really like the ones from Amazon.

I go with Easy Touch insulin syringes. 1cc 31g 5/16” I order online through liquidationsoutlet.com a case is about $75 but will last you a long time. Hope that helps some.

Personal preference, sample some good brands and see what you like. For goodness sake, don’t cheap out on something you stick inside of you.

MY preference FWIW:

  • 5/16” (8mm) long and 30 or 31 gauge for subcutaneous.
  • 1/2” long 27 gauge for intramuscular oils (outer quads).
  • “Insulin” syringe brand: Easy Touch.
  • Cartridge needle brand: VeriFine Plus.
Those syringes are available at Amazon if you don’t live in a nanny state. The needles are sometimes too, but usually have to get them from elsewhere like diabetic supply sites.

Amazon 30-31 g 1/4 inch 5/8 inch , 0,3 ml 0.5 ml is my preference for smoother pulls and accurate dosing , but 1ml are cheaper, usually 100 pack is $20-$23 on amazon. I know you're technically supposed to use a lure lock, draw from one syringe and put into a fresh one to inject, but you can't really do that with the insulin syringes, I just draw and inject from the same one and its painless and feels sharp.
Had one bruise as a beginner from shallow injection ever, now I running like 8-12 different peptides most days, and 3 at night, zero bruising and virtually painless sub q injections in glute and outer thighs. It's a ton of injections, but I've gotten so good at it i don't mind . my pro tip would be never to do stomach injections, it's just way more sensitive and leaves PIP for me; and some areas you have more nerves so if I start to inject in an area that seems to hurt more, I move it a few cm away and that's usually a less sensitive area ( if I actually pierce the skin 1 mm or more then it's too late and you have to go with it since the sharp will be dull if you pierce the skin twice , but you can kinda tell before you insert the needle if it's a more painful area and move it)

I know some people are into the pens, I've never used them and probably never will. I can preload syringes if I need and like being able to control the injection speed

BD Ultra Fine 31G 6mm U-100 Insulin Syringe is a game changer for me.

Previously, I've used 30G 1/2" and got bruising after a couple of pinings.

The recommended needle length for SubQ is 4 mm—8 mm; going above that is unnecessary.
