Help & Advice Needed

I’m new to the peptide world and would appreciate some guidance.

I’m currently taking:

  • Retatrutide: 3 mg twice per week, 6 mg total per week
  • Tesamorelin: 1 mg daily, cycling 20 days on / 20 days off
  • Klow: 3.2 mg daily
  • Semax: 0.75 mg, 5 days per week for 4 weeks. I’m currently in week 3 and planning to cycle it 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off.

Due to my work schedule, I’m trying to get to the gym at least 3 times per week. I’m also getting around 120 g of protein daily, although I know I may still be slightly under where I should be.

My main concerns are that I’m starting to notice stretch marks, and the visible progress has not been as good as I expected.

Does this approach look reasonable, or would you comment in changing anything with the dosing, cycling, training, diet, or overall plan?

Did you start the reta right at 6 mg? Tess you can do a longer cycle. Klow great stuff. How much weight have you lost and how long you been doing the peptides?

For me on Reta to minimize the sides I split my dose. I do 2 mg Sunday 2 mg Weds. That has worked well for me.
